Every child deserves to feel seen, supported and capable.
Our charity was created to stand beside schools and help the children who need that little bit extra the child struggling quietly with reading, the one falling behind in maths, the child overwhelmed by big emotions, or the one whose behaviour is really a cry for help.
We know schools are doing their absolute best, but stretched budgets can mean some children don’t get the consistent 1:1 support they truly need. That’s where we step in. Through charitable funding, we provide safely recruited support staff to work in schools at no cost to them. Our team is carefully vetted and trained in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Level 3, Enhanced DBS, FGM awareness, Prevent training and supporting children with additional needs because the safety and wellbeing of children is always our priority.
Our staff work in schools from 9:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, offering consistent, nurturing support that helps children build confidence, regulate emotions, develop skills and believe in themselves.
The level of support we can offer depends on the funding we receive but our mission remains constant: to give children the tools, encouragement and stability they need to thrive, not just in school, but in life.
